¨Jan¨ is used in Armenian and is often attached to proper names to express love and sympathy towards a person. In this context, which seems to be a refrain of a song, it is doubled to underline and stress the feeling of love and affection towards whom the author refers to.

my dear /sweetie/ etc.
It is a common term of endearment in Armenia which means 'my dear' or 'sweetie' depending on the context. To my knowledge, in the poem it is doubled at the end of a line to produce a rhyme and keep the rhythm, i.e. echo the end of another.
