vanilla eating chocolate

"Vanilla" as an adjective means "vanilla-flavored", and "eating chocolate" is the standard term for chocolate for eating, as opposed to "baking chocolate." Try a Google search on the term.

vanilla flavoured chocolate

It is most probably a chocolate with vanilla flavour, and "per menjar crua" implies that it is not the kind of chocolate you cook in order to prepare the spanish "chocolate con churros" chocolate type. I think you usually say it in the other kind, stating in English that it is for cooking, but you would not really say it when that is not the case. I hope this helps!
