Results:Compared results were obtained in 47 cases, of whom 42 cases (89%) showed identical consistence with surgical findings if tumor intensity was compared with intensity of gray matter in T 2 weighted MRI, and 40 cases (85%) with identical consistence compared with the intensity of white matter in T 2 weighted MRI. There was no significant difference between the sensitive predictive results using the intensity of gray and white matter in T 2 weighted MRI as markers for comparison.

Five cases of astrocytoma complicated by intratumoral hemorrhage were summarized. All cases were verified by surgical operation and pathological result. 总结5例经手术、病理证实的星形细胞瘤合并瘤内出血的CT表现。依肿瘤质地不同,可分为实质、囊腔两型。其共同特征为出血征象与肿瘤征象并存。并探讨了与单纯性脑内血肿的鉴别诊断。此类病例,CT检查术前多数可作出明确诊断,对临床制定治疗方案有很大帮助。
