Chinese has a widespread transliteration system called "pinyin". This piece of text is definitely not pinyin and not even close. It could be transliterated Lao or Thai, but I am not sure.

I am not so sure about the actual translation but it sounded to me like Cantonese. As I am not a native Cantonese speaker, could someone who is please rectify this "guessed" translation.
