3 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I found other examples of using 'chuan' for 絹. I thought they used 'Xuan' only in mainland China. Am I wrong? Since this person is from Taiwan, I decided to choose this one. Thank you."

Wang Huang-Xuan

"Wang" is a family name. "Huang" means "yellow". "Xuan" is a kind of thick, stiff silk. HTH.

Wang Huang Chuan

Note that the second character may well be the maiden name of the person (Taiwanese Chinese insert spouse's surname in front of their surname). In which case the full name should be translated as:

WANG-HUANG Chuan

Otherwise if the last two characters are in fact given name as a whole, translate as:

WANG Huang-Chuan
