I'm uncertain as to the use of analogi here. I cannot find examples of an analogy of in EU documentation. I'm inclined to drop it and translate it as

Here is the explication of the meaning of "analogi" in this context from Von Eyben's law dictionary:
"anvendelse af en retsregel på tilfælde, der ikke omfattes af lovens ord, selvom der anlægges en meget vid sproglig forståelse af dem, såfremt de samme grunde taler for at følge lovens regel i begge tilfælde. a. forudsætter som regel et "hul i loven", dvs. at der ikke haves nogen anden lovregel, der afgør tilfældet."

Two of these use the suggestion I am making here. I achieved more convincing results by conducting a new search for i analogi med and got 207 hits! Personally, I would be careful with replacing it with in accordance with as I am not sure if they can be used interchangeably, especially in a legal text.
