调减或调增
似乎是英国用法，相当于credit or debit（国际保理商联合会的正式用语）。所谓credit就是减掉调整额，而charge则是加上调整额，在发票上一般表现贷项或借项调整，但也有的时候不一定与后续的发票混在一起，而单独出具所谓“贷词报单”或“借记报单”。
