All types of live co-operative
funds or fully accrued budgets – can be created and defined with multiple rates for
different products or brands. Such budgets can be created to accrue to either the
customer level directly or to the sales level. A fully accrued budget defined for the
customer level allows money to be set aside in the budget with accrual down to the
customer level, entitling the included customers promotional payments, subject to
performance criteria agreed upon, if any. One that is defined for the sales level
allows money to be set aside in the budget but for the sales person’s (budget
owner’s) use only. Either way, users can define the eligibility criteria of such
budgets using the same flexible eligibility attributes as exist on promotions and
price lists.
