Holding the knob on both sides, lift up the Separation Finger Assembly until the hook catches the shaft. Rotate the Fuser Knob to the arrow direction to feed the media to the exit direction, and then remove it. Pull up the knob on the both sides to put back the Separation Finger Assembly to the original position.
