http://www.milian.com/catalog/chaps/47/1094-01.fr.shtml
http://www.tso3.com/fr/accessoires.htm
Indicateur biologique
Fiable.

Merci beaucoup."

test de provocation
pourrait-il s'agir de cela ???
challenge test de provocation
DEF – A method of testing the sensitivity of an individual to a hormone, allergen, or other substance by administering a sample. Source
OBS – To challenge the person's sensitivity to a particular antigen, a small amount may be injected to determine whether the immune system will react by producing appropriate antibodies. Source

provocation biologique
GDT gives 'challenge test' > 'test de provocation', and other similar uses.

Gilles, I'm not quite sure what your query is with my suggested term?
Clearly, 'test de provocation' is fairly widespread on the Net.
'biological challenge' can mean 2 different things --- either the act of challenging itself, or the substance used to provoke the challenge; here, because the context says "the preparation of a consistent, reproducible biological challenge", I am taking this to mean the actual substance itself.
Now it seems clear that 'test de provocation' works OK for 'challenge test', and although I haven't been able to find Net confirmation of this (I'm on an expensive dial-up connection here!), it seems pluaisble to me that this could be described as an '(agent de) provocation', and I see no reason why the 'biologique' can't just be tagged on, as in English.
Please explain, as the FNS, what is wrong with my answer, and of course I'll withdraw it if I'm wrong in my assumptions / extrapolation

Here's the one Google I found for 'agent de provocation' seeming to describe exactly what I'm talking about:

: you're right Dusty that it's the substance used to do the test and not the test itself, however what is being tested is sterilisation equipment and not humans
