D'accord avec Françoise

Parsing + glossary As Françoise says, you really need to parse it differently, which lay help your understanding here.

Also, 'blind' has come up before, in various forms, and in FR > EN so I would strongly recommend a term search, and with any luck you'll find just what you need!
Françoise Vogel Sep 13, 2011:
to blind + "said equipment" (l'équipement en question)

obturer l'équipement à l'aide d'une bride pleine

Blind flange = bride pleine. Probablement qu'il s'agit de fermer l'entrée de l'équipement - une bride normalement ouverte - pour pouvoir travailler ensuite.
Le contexte pourrait confirmer ou non.

agree Tony M : But I think you'll find there is an actual specific verb for 'to blind' in FR, I've come across it before in my FR > EN work.

Merci Tony. Yes, we also find BOUCHER, which is the equivalent of OBTURER, but less ''technical''.
