Bonjour ! J'ai un petit problème avec ce terme, dans le sens où je vois très bien ce qu'il veut dire, mais je me demande si nous n'avons pas une expression consacrée pour ça en Français, ou si c'est carrément le nom d'une branche de l'état, comme notre Poste...d'om le fait que je l'aie placé dans Gouvernement :)

ça dépend de votre phrase, mais je ne pense pas qu'il s'agisse d'un département gouvernemental - en France ou ailleurs
mais plutôt d'une initiative comme par exemple, pour aller essayer de retrouver des clients perdus à l'Internet ;-)

Based on further research, it seems that Postal Initiative is, in fact, a brand product of European Postal Systems

while Postal Initiative (written with or without caps) is actually initiative gouvernmentale US or UK and should be really without caps
