X shall confirm that the warehouse, the equipment, located in it, and all the other internal equipment as well as the electric installation, used for receiving, stocking and giving out of the goods, are technically mended and shall ensure their safe application, which corresponds to the purposes, for which they have been manufactured, as well as shall ensure their safe functioning and correspondence to the hygienic requirements and the laws, pertaining to the environment.
