My question: in this context do you think should I translate delivery by "livraison", or does it refer in a broader way to the capacity of delivering/executing products in which case it could be "exécution" . Or should I consider that in French too, in an IT context,"livraison" has got this broader meaning???

Puisqu'il s'agit de logiciels, la "livraison" ne consiste pas seulement à "envoyer" le produit. Par exemple, il me semble qu'une "project delivery" comprend sa conception, son développement, sa mise en place, etc. Selon le cas (l'étape de la "livraison"), je vois donc "maîtrise d'oeuvre", "mise en oeuvre" ou "prestation":

exécution
I consider exécution to be the better of the two. According to the text supplied, exécution de projets is a much better expression than livraison de projets. Hope this helps.

livraison
Je comprends que cette personne est spécialisée dans la livraison des projets, une fois qu'ils sont exécutés. Il semble avoir une expérience dans l'informatique offshore ce qui implique une grande coordination au niveau de la livraison des produits/travail. Je prendrais le terme "delivery" stricto sensu et le traduirais par "livraison". J'espère que cela t'aidera.
