Workmat Activity: A workmat activity follows the review of key concepts in each session. The workmat is a large poster that contains a number of questions and is divided into discrete sections. Small teams of participants work together to answer the workmat questions. These workmat activities are central to the workshop experience — by responding to the workmat questions, teams develop strategies related to their own products and selling situations.
