Hi, do you have any more information?
I am unable to find medial tibial neck/tibial neck, as an anatomical location

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_anatomical_terms

Near or away from the vertical longitudinal center of the body
Medial describes a structure toward the midline of the body and lateral away from that median plane. Intermediate describes a structure between a medial and a lateral structure. The nose is medial to the ears while the ears are lateral to the nose. The cheeks are intermediate between the nose and the ears.

And it is in my refs.

The Tibia
• The tibia is the second largest bone in the skeleton. It is located on the anteromedial side of the leg.
• The proximal end of the tibia is large because its medial and lateral condyles articulate with the large condyles of the femur.
• The superior surface of the tibia is flat and consists of medial and lateral tibial plateaux.
• The body (shaft) of the tibia is approximately triangular in transverse section and has medial, lateral and posterior surfaces. The muscles attach to its lateral surface.
• The distal end of the tibia is small and has facets inferiorly for the head of the fibula.

Femur (thigh bone): At the knee joint there are two separate promineces called condyles. Touching your knees together brings the inside condyles closer together—the medial femoral condyles. The outer condyle is the lateral femoral condyle.

Tibia (shin bone): Meets the femur at the knee with two areas on which the two femoral condyles “ride.” These are the medial and lateral tibial plateaus.
Patella (knee cap) - Rides in a shallow groove (or sulcus) over the front part of the femur called the trochlea.
