You can now register your phone line(s) and be able to dial a toll-free access number before dialing the international number. This process allows you to bypass your regular long distance or cellular provider and the high fees they charge. You will then be billed by TCI (Paper Bill, Free) on a monthly basis for any international calls made at the listed rates. The plan can only be used from any cell or land-line phone which has been registered. Please allow 3 to 5 days for your order to process before using the service.
