it won't be stained It's for flooring paper, so it cannot be stained or scratched. Sorry for the late confirmation. I had the same question before I knew what the product was.

stain or be stained? As Tony said, two possible understandings, a possible quality for a temporary label could be to be removed without staining the support, for a durable labelling the scratch resistance of the label could be worth considering
