Company X will not be liable for cargo insurance. Supplier shall bear all risk of loss or damage to goods until goods are delivered to Consigned Stock Location. ***Release value coverage*** with carriers will apply to any material that is lost, stolen, or damaged. Any and all incremental insurance (cargo) coverage shall be borne by the Supplier.
