Es geht um ein Termsheet. Mein Satz lautet:
Following the first anniversary of the Issue Date, the Issuer is entitled but not obliged to terminate all outstanding Securities against payment of the Termination Amount if at any time during the lifetime of the Securities the aggregated value of all outstanding Securities falls below EUR 10,000,000.
Es muss doch eine eingeführte deutsche Bezeichnung hierfür geben.... aber sie fällt mir einfach nicht ein.
