: Hier geht es doch nicht um eine Pfändung oder sonstige Vollstreckungsmaßnahme. Das Mahnschreiben, durch den den Verzug eintritt, wird entweder durch Einschreibenrückschein oder durch den Gerichtsvollzieher übermittelt.
