English to German Bus/Financial Medical: Pharmaceuticals
This is from a graph related to financial information of a pharmaceutical company

the title of the graph is:
Xponent Prescription Data *(GP Market)*

and then:
Rx-Marketshare Innovative Antibiotics *GP's*(Units)

Now my guess is that GP stands for "General Practitioner" but I'd be grateful for any kind of confirmation.

Das wäre eine Alternative, falls Du etwas konkreter werden willst/musst - das Pharmaunternehmen kann ja schließlich auch noch andere Märkte, wie z.B. Fachärzte und Kliniken, versorgen.

GP = General Practitioner(s) / General Practices = Allgemeinmediziner bzw. Allgemeinarztpraxen (oder auch etwas umgangssprachlicher Hausärzte)
