Tipp:
A normál kalibráció pontosan kalibrálja a lézer pozícióját az X, Y és a Z-tengelyeken, meghatározva a (a Z+ irányba haladó) sugár tetejét, a radiális tengely-pozíciót és a (radiális-mérési tengely mindkét irányából haladó) sugár szélességét?
