agree Attila Piróth : Correct. Either "mindig" or "örökké" should be used in the 2nd option, but not both.

agree Eva Blanar : örökké is slightly better here, I think and the second version sounds a little better (more Hungarian) to me - a little straightforward ("be happy for ever"), but definitely more "contemporary" for the Hungarian language.

Örök boldogságot kívánok neked

“Önnek” a “neked” helyett, ha formális a viszony
“Önnek” instead of “neked” if formal.
This translation does express that the sentence is a wish. Besides it wishes eternal happiness rather than eternal life (with happiness).
