| Šiuo atveju manau, kad "in the field" negali reikšti "konkrečioje srityje" dėl to, kad tekste šie žodžiai pasitaiko kelis kartus, ir kai kuriais atvejais toji "field" yra konkrečiai nurodoma, pvz. "budget support training in the field", bet vis tiek pridedamas tas "in the field". |

"Field" gali, pagal kontekstą, turėti prasmę „sritis“. Bet čia ne tas atvejis. Šiame kontekste, "field" reiškia "field of action" — „veikimo laukas“, „vieta, kurioje vyksta veiksmas" (plg. battlefield, arba sports field). Čia "in the field" tikrai reškia „darbovietėse“.

: nesutinku. teoriskai gal ir galetu tai reiksti, jog mokymai siulomi darbovietese, praktiskai - tai butu labai nenaturali reiskimosi forma. esu tikras, kad sitam kontekste "field" reiskia "sriti", o ne fizine vieta.

Discussion
The technical assistance and training programme is administered by GPML staff at Vienna headquarters who are responsible for financial resource management as well as ensuring that training is carried in line with organisational and pedagogical standards.
