Czy w języku polskim rozróżniamy jakoś bookkeeper i accountant, czy istnieje tylko jeden ekwiwalent "księgowy"? Mam takie zdanie z podręcznika do nauki języka finansowego:
"After bookkeepers complete their accounts, and accountants prepare their financial statements, these are checked by internal auditors."
I dalej takie oto wytłumaczenie:
"bookkeepers = people who prepare a company's day-to-day accounts
accountants = people who prepare financial statements"
