With a dealer license you can do “Reassignments” on the back of a title that allows you to purchase or sell a vehicle to another dealer. Most state vehicle titles allow three or more dealer reassignments on the back of a title. The back of a title normally has a first assignment box that allows you to sell the vehicle to another purchaser, whether it is an individual or another dealer. Under the first assignment box, you will see additional boxes that my say “Reassignment by Registered Dealer”, “Dealer Sales Information” or something similar depending on what state title you are working with.

When the owner(s), as shown on the face of the title, sell or transfer the vehicle's ownership, they must complete the first assignment of title located on the back of the title. The seller(s)/transferor(s) should give the properly assigned title to the purchaser(s)/transferee(s) at the time of sale or ownership transfer. The following information should be entered in the applicable spaces in the title assignment:
Purchaser(s)/transferee(s)' full legal name(s) and current address. A natural person's full legal name would be his or her complete name as shown on his or her valid Georgia driver's license or state-issued identification card.
Date of sale or ownership transfer (Month, day, and year).

1) przelew wierzytelności, umowa, przez którą wierzyciel przenosi swoją wierzytelność na inną osobę. Cesja powinna być dokonana na piśmie, jednak wymogu tego nie stosuje się do cesji wierzytelności z dokumentu na okaziciela.
Przedmiotem cesji może być każda wierzytelność, o ile nie sprzeciwia się właściwości zobowiązania bądź przepisom ustawy.
