In the event of a further dispute between the Parties as to whether the Premises are completed and/or whether an item shall be considered as preventing the Lessee from the use of the Premises, each Party may decide that the matter be submitted to the Expert appointed by the Parties hereto within two (2) Business Days from the date indicated by the Lessor as the Delivery Date. The Expert shall give his decision on the matter submitted to it by the Parties within five (5) Business Days from the receipt of the document pertaining to the dispute between the Parties. The decision of the Expert shall be ***consecutive*** and binding for both Parties. The costs of the Expert’s activity will be borne by the Party against whom the decision is made.
