"For the purpose of the first priority of Management Shareholders to the dividends the Shares of the Company shall be divided into A-Shares and B-Shares and which B-Shares shall be issued to Management Shareholders. The rights of the different share classes shall in all other respects be equal. [For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that they shall cause the differences between the share classes to be abolished or the share classes to be joined to one single share class at the Exit.]
