(v) File briefs of any description, initiating and following proceedings, lawsuits, litigation or trials of any type, raise objections, propose evidence, ratify positions, accept opposing claims, oppose adversary positions, drop, waive, reply to requests for information, give testimony under decisory or non-decisory oath, appoint expert witnesses, make objections, petitions for attachment, impoundment, eviction, dispossession, seizure of property, trusteeship, administration and any other protective, preventative or interim measure and petitions for their cancellation, propose or accept settlements in and out of court, and ratify the same.
