PARTS hereby undertakes to hold VPL harmless in respect of all losses, injury and expenses incurred by the warehouse, other than lost profits, resulting from the storage, dispatch or supply of parts by the warehouse in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, except in so far that such costs were caused wholly by the negligence of the warehouse in the storage, handling of dispatching of the parts involved.

8.2
In consideration of the foregoing indemnity, VPL hereby agrees to inform PARTS without delay of any circumstances that might involve the warehouse, customers or VPL, or any of them, in a claim for damages or compensation relating to the parts.
