resultado/estado do feto

Explanation:
outcome here means resultado.
Provávelmente de um scan/ecografia.
Ou então quer dizer o estado em que o feto se encontra

depende do contexto

boa sorte!

ESTADO DO FETO /RESULTADO FINAL

Explanation:
I wonder what aspect or area of obstetrics, 'cos I do a fair amount of that kind of tyranslating.

The outcome refers to the final condition or status of the foetus, following a practice/process of some kind that is designed to obtain a good outcome, or result. E.g in my case it's monitoring of the relevant signals so as to try and preempt possible emergencies.

In general terms outcome can be good (i.e. a successful and non-complicated birth) or less than good (i.e. with complications...)

So it would depend whether you want to refer to the RESULTADOS (of the PROCESS) or the RESULTADO FINAL (of the BIRTH itself)
