The Local Authority has given careful consideration to XXX’s wishes and feelings in line with her best interests. Given XXX’s relationship with her mother and the reduction of risk for XXX upon Ms YYY’s return from Romania and her availability to care for XXX, the Local Authority recommends for XXX to continue to live with her mother under an Interim Supervision Order, whilst assessments of all three parents are completed. XXX is safeguarded by the Forced Marriage Protection Order, as well as her father being subject to an Exclusion Order, which prevents him having any contact with her, unless facilitated by the Local Authority.
