Здесь просто два варианта одного режима (один международный, другой - только для США).В данном случае при обозначении режимов IMHO не требуется перевода, поскольку опытных пользователей ты запутаешь этим "режимом звонка", им как-то Bell понятнее, а не опытным,
что "режим звонка", что "режим Bell" - по барабану.

Часто пишут просто режим Bell, но есть и какое-то русское название. Вылетело из головы. Вспомню - напишу.
Но режим Bell - это нормально
Это один из режимов установления связи
