Case С maximises recovery through the application of a tertiary miscible gas EOR scheme to CDWG and significant number of dry tree penetrations in Azeri through multiple facilities with dedicated drilling rigs. A gas treatment plant is provided at the Sangachal Terminal to deliver both miscible and lean gas through a compression station and offshore pipeline system for final compression and injection into DWG and a new facility designated as Chirag-Alpha. Offshore pipelines and topsides equipment are provided to deliver both lean and miscible gas injection streams to the reservoirs. Subsea production and new subsea injection facilities are provided at DWG, supported by topsides equipment installed on the BLP.
