Can you please help me with the terms lend matrix and reporting clusters based on the following explanation:

1. Re: Lend matrix. 'Lend' is correct (it's not a typo). It relates to the loaning of resources (staff) between different departments within a company. The lend matrix is used to track which resources have been lent.

2. Re: Reporting clusters. I think that you've translated this to mean 'a cluster of reports' which isn't correct.
In Workware, a 'cluster' refers to a group of teams. Here is an explanation taken from the new guide that we're close to completing that explains about clusters:
There is a lot of flexibility in Workware to report on different clusters of teams.
Below is an example organisation structure:

For example, supposing for control purposes as the Director of the Group, you wanted to see reports on each of the following clusters:
Each of the Regions; Northern, Midlands and Southern.
The combined Phone teams.
The combined Claims teams.
The Complaints department.
To do this, you would:
i. Define departments for each Region, consisting of the relevant teams.
ii. Define a department 'Phone Dept' including the three phone teams and another department for the claims teams.
iii. Include all the constituent groups to be reported on within the 'Group' department. This is done using the Administration > Maintenance > Workgroup Hierarchy option.
You would include:
The Regions.
The Functions.
The Complaints team.
Workware would then show each of these clusters as separate columns on the Comparison report, without double counting the total, i.e. because the phone teams and the claims team are also part of the regions, adding the columns would double count the teams, once in the region, and once in the relevant functional team. The Workware totals in the Headlines and Summary reports only include the team once.
