BULK PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION TO TOTES POLICY

As a general policy, the Food Division does not make bulk deliveries of chemical products into portable totes without secondary containment, except at farm locations or where such deliveries are permitted under state and local requirements.

- All applicable procedures and safety requirements listed in the Manual are to be followed in bulk tote-off situations, as follows:

The Customer's unloading supervisor must:

a. Check the shipping Bill of Lading to ensure that the load and destination are correct.
b. Visually inspect the tank truck for leakage.
