@ Rocio Unfortunately, I speak no Romanian, nor do I understand, but I ran an exercise and I can perhaps understand where the word "smallpox" came from. Using Google, it turned up a Romanian word "vărsat". See below for results:

Sounds like a back translation / poor translation Is the original language Romanian? Perhaps it would be best to consult the original text, if available or ask the client. "Smallpox" (viruela) makes very little sense.
