Vendor may, by written notice to Customer at least sixty (60) calendar days in advance, increase any of the specific rates specified then in effect (the “T&M Rates”) by no more than the yearly US Dollar inflation rate but not more than five percent (5%) over the rate previously specified.
With respect to any Additional Statement of Work, or portion thereof, that designates fees to be paid on a T& M basis, Vendor may invoice the fee amount specified on the applicable Statement of Work on a monthly basis at the end of the month during which the services were performed.

Although the majority of our services have historically been performed on a time and material basis, we have in the past performed services under fixed price contracts at the request of a customer.

In view of section 1 above, Infosys agrees to apply the T&M rates corresponding to SLAB #2 from the rate chart as shown in Table-I for all resources on the project effective January 01, 2004.
