Non-Exclusive Appointment
Muchas gracias:
“Non-Exclusive Appointment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, Company X appoints Distributor as its non-exclusive distributor within the Territory to import, sell, market, distribute and service the products.”

trabajo/puesto/tarea/cargo/empleo/ocupación no exclusivo/a
Hola Giovanni:
trabajo/puesto/tarea/cargo/empleo/ocupación no exclusivo/a
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english-spani...
the job or position to which a person is appointed
puesto, empleo
His appointment was for one year only.

3. : a nonelective office or position
holds an academic appointment
¡Mucha suerte!
