Según el Diccionario Jurídico de Cabanellas de las Cuevas, "fee simple" es "dominio pleno o simple".
"Marketable title" es el título de propiedad que se transmite sin gravámenes, vicios, también según la misma fuente.

The standard translation for 'fee simple absolute'. I don't think that 'good and marketable' needs to be translated, especially as you're going to continue with 'libre de ...'
