English to Spanish Tech/Engineering Materials (Plastics, Ceramics, etc.)

Hello people!

I am translating a technical document about concrete and I have found some misleading terms such as "slump". Please, read carefully the context and the information provided:

Context:
"This new system [referring to a machine to screed concrete] will screed stiff concrete having only a 3-inch slump. We recommend you that when you use it for the first time, your pour has a slump level consistent with your past practices."

SLUMP: The "wetness" of concrete. A measure of workability of fresh concrete. When a mix is ordered, definiftion of the slump requirements allows the contractor to decide how fluid or stiff the mix is.
For ex. a 3-inch slump is dryer and stiffer than a 5-inch slump

According the above information, slump could be the "consistency" of concrete (ranging from wet to dry), but how should I translate this term in the relevant sentence? I mean " Este nuevo sistema le permitirá allanar el hormigón seco con tan solo 3 pulgadas de consistencia???" doesn't sound fine to me in Spanish. I have considered also "asentamiento" but I have the same feeling...
