explanation follows
if you mean in reference to the previous query and answer, it was capitalized just because I had copied it from the reference instead of typing it over, and also to call your attention to the change from "Nursing Assistance" which seems a bit awkward to "Nursing Assistant".
NURSING ASSISTANT and Obstetric School, subordinated to the Department of Medical Services and Health of the Ministry of Public Health.
Or:
NURSING ASSISTANT and Obstetric School, subordinate to the Department of Health and Medical Services of the Ministry of Public Health
Or:
NURSING ASSISTANT and Obstetric School, subordinate to the Ministry of Public Health's Department of Health and Medical Services

I believe that if you fill in a profile, you will be able to access the <edit question> and the <add comment> boxes for your query - thus you won\'t have to send in a new query to get additional information for one of your existing queries - and the people who answer KudoZ queries feel much happier if they can look at the asker\'s profile - even if it only contains minimal information - also the profile information sometimes helps in the answer to be suggested - such as is you need UK or USA English suggestions etc.

Nurse Assistance is not correct
Nurse assistance is incorrect because assistence is noun, nurse is noun. Correct expression is nurse assistant whereas assitant modifying nurse. It is a hospital occupation who works as nurse's aid. A nurse is quite possibly a registered nurse (abbreviated as RN), a higher ranking nurse with certificate and higher responsibility. Assistant means "serving as an aid". There is no need to be capitalized them as those are common nouns (unless that is a title of a person, under certain circumstance).
