Below I've got account number, NSC, shortname of the person concerned

Then there is a table with five columns and several rows.

The first column gives information on the Tx Date - the information is just dates
The second column gives information on Tx Desc;
The third one, Debit Euro, gives amounts; the fourth, Credit Euro - also amounts, the fifth one - balance Euro - amounts as well

I suspect this can stand for Tax Date and Tax Description, although I am not sure
