Project Management services for xxxx SRL detailed in the agreement between xxxx SRL and yyyy SRL dated August 7th, 2008.

Fee Arrangement
For the above services related to the properties located in Romania: flat fee of EUR 87,000 VAT not applicable as per the following billing schedule:

Cost recovery agreement

It is an agreement where all costs, like filing fees and commission fees, stamp duties and legal fees will be reimbursed to the (looks like) conveyancing / solicitors company.
I have seen some doc where they use "recharge" instead of "recovery" maybe because the solicitor pays these out of a trust fund and it needs to be replenished or recharged to its correct working amount.
