He is not at all "in style" and is indeed quite "frumpy". Mais comment rendre cette idée en français? Il faut donner plus de contexte. Je devine que ceci veut dire qu'en ce moment Bartlett(?) crée des styles qui sont "ringards" mais quand même dans le coup. Enfin, c'est comme ça que je le comprends.
