agree  atche84: uprawniony - co do jednoosobowego, chodzi o to, ze tylko jego (jeden) podpis wystarcza - drugi podpis nie jest wymagany. Jednoosobowy nie podoba mie sie, ale nie mam w glowie nic lepszego
