1.1 This agreement is not made to induce either of the parties hereto to obtain nor to stimulate a Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage. Both parties reserve the right to **prosecute and defend any action or actions** that may hereafter be brought by either or both of them regarding the marriage.
1.2 It is the present intention of the parties to seek a Dissolution of their Marriage in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. It is the understanding of the parties that on evidence presented, this Marital Settlement Agreement shall be incorporated into said Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage and be attached thereto and merged therein and shall thereafter be binding and conclusive upon the parties.
