cordones redondeados "stay-tied" (permanece atado)

One way to refer to them appears to be to keep the English with an explanation in Spanish in brackets afterwards. For example:

"El sistema de cordones stay-tied (permanece atado) me permitió adaptar..." http://www.runners.es/new-balance-767

"Sausage" laces are rounded, tube-like, rather than flat. So I added "redondeados".

Alternatively, you could omit the "permanence atado" if you think the catalogue readers would be people who would be familiar with "stay-tied" laces!
