This question has also been asked dozens of times before. Of course, I'm not blaming the Asker, but I'm writing this, because it seems that many translators don't know this: at least in Finnish documents the typist's initials always come after a slash. It makes a translator's life much easier if you remember this. Let's hope that most people read this and we can avoid questions like this coming (the amount of initials is endless in the documents so these questions will never end, I suppose).

In Finnish companies and institutions every employee immediately gets his/her official initials that nobody else is allowed to use. I used to be MG. If there was another person with the same initials, the initials of the second name would also be used: MTG. In most companies the initials are not capitalised (mtg), but in some companies they are always written in capital letters (MTG).

By th way, the same initials are also used for everything, eg minutes, protocols, etc. It is not necessary to type out whole names. So you might see this: "It was decided that these measures ---- will be taken (JA, NB, CT)."
The initials in a protocol simply mean the people who are responsible for the implementation of a plan, so a translator can just leave them as they are. In every company there is a list of the initials, so if you don't know who they refer to, it's very easy to check them.
